The AGMultivision Open Day is the time of year dedicated to sharing the Milanese company’s technological solutions and proposals with partners and stakeholders.
This year’s event, organized at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo, Milan, provided an interesting opportunity for discussion with partners to present industry news and explore development prospects for Digital Collaboration technologies for 2024.
A networking opportunity to discover the offerings of HALL TECHNOLOGIES, LAIA, VADDIO, PEERLESS, URC, PPDS – PHILIPS, and SHARINGCLOUD, valuable partners capable of meeting the needs for technological modernization, innovation, and transformation across various business sectors and for different purposes.
On September 21, 2023, at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo, Milan, the AGMultivision Open Day took place, and for the second consecutive year, the event was a moment of great enthusiasm.
Conversations and meetings, new ideas and projects, but above all, sharing opportunities useful for AGMultivision’s customers, partners, and suppliers.
AGMultivision’s partners were the true protagonists of the day: they guided guests through the discovery of new technological solutions and products capable of meeting diverse needs across business sectors.

During the AGMultivision Open Day, the company offered a demonstration of WorkplaceToBe, the service center dedicated to employees available on mobile, web, and as an Outlook add-in.

- Resource booking: from meeting rooms to connected lockers, including interactions with devices via RoomPad®
- Visitor management: preparing for guest arrivals (access plans, parking space reservations, guest WiFi…) and simplifying guest registration with GuestPad
- News: to stay constantly informed about corporate communications or local site information
- Applications: direct access to corporate services (HR applications, IT support…)

During the September 21 event, it was possible to learn about the EasyIP ecosystem, which allows companies to create a standard for managing audio-video signals over IP networks dedicated to videoconferencing in meeting rooms. The EasyIP product range can be managed remotely to the benefit of IT administrators, allowing them to support their users with extreme speed directly from the free “Vaddio Deployment Tool” application. Cameras, microphones, speakers, video mixers, and touch panels are among the devices that make up this solution, which is also certified to operate in Dante environments.

The AGMultivision OPEN DAY allowed for the discovery of a new motorized cart for large-format displays paired with an 86-inch touch monitor.
URC: A global leader in automation and control solutions for smart workspaces and residential environments.
