It is a Spanish manufacturer of solutions for videoconferencing and professional video production, with the recent introduction of a solution for managing the booking of meeting rooms and other commonly shared corporate resources (desks in open-space and co-working environments, parking spaces, etc.). Laia’s range covers a segment that today represents more than 50% of the types of solutions requested by companies. The company’s service-oriented approach and continuous pursuit of innovative solutions have led to this partnership with AGMultivision, which will make it possible to meet the needs of larger-scale projects.

 

Q-BETTER, a global leader in queue management automation in the retail sector

Another new addition to AGMultivision is Q-Better, a global leader in queue management automation in the retail sector, offering highly innovative solutions for the virtualization and digitalization of the ticketing process, while still maintaining traditional paper-based delivery. Q-Better systems make it possible to significantly improve the customer-retention by offering booking services that can be integrated with CRM systems and/or Digital Signage already in use by the client. Thanks to Q-Better, AGMultivision will finally be able to approach retail projects where integration between Digital Signage and queue management systems is required.
