Cristian Micheletti, strategic and creative director of TheNextLine, a startup controlled by LUZ, discusses his experience with AGMultivision, a partner for the design of the Milanese company’s physical and virtual meeting rooms.
LUZ is a benefit corporation that “develops authorial projects that have a concrete impact on people’s lives.” With the claim “Lights on humans” it aims to position itself in the market as the agency that, through people, is able to express a distinctive point of view. From human emotions come innovative stories, utilizing many languages: from video to live streaming, from journalism to interactive installations.
The meeting with AGMultivision was a moment to build value together: born from a redesign of corporate spaces, it gave life to new development perspectives, especially technological ones.

The landscape of agency storytelling: cutting-edge languages and social media. LUZ’s perspective.
LUZ was founded in 2010 from the experience of the historic photojournalism agency Grazia Neri. Today LUZ is an agency that creates and disseminates quality stories based on factual truth, relevance to the audience, and authorship. A creative laboratory involved in creating communication campaigns, branded entertainment, editorial projects, and videos.
The digital communication sector has grown significantly and rapidly in recent years, and LUZ has grown along with it.
The pandemic has provided an extraordinary acceleration to the change, already underway for some time, in viewer behavior: this particularly concerns digital natives who are increasingly attracted to consumption modes based on the logic of “whenever, wherever and on any device”. Technological innovation thus becomes a necessity for a company like LUZ, which chose us as an effective and reliable partner to improve the network of devices used for internal and external communication. Furthermore, it is important because the choice to modernize technological infrastructure also translates into evaluating products that can improve the agency’s own offerings.

We let Cristian Micheletti, strategic and creative director of TheNextLine, a startup controlled by LUZ, explain how the collaboration with AGMultivision began. “The turning point for modernizing the network of devices used for internal and external communication, as well as for producing new content, came during an office move. Relocating the office led us to rethink our spaces, not only in physical terms but also, and above all, from a technological point of view.”
On the occasion of the move, therefore, the intention was to increase the technology available to improve existing activities, but also to have the opportunity to offer the market new opportunities in the field of online streaming and podcasts. “It is important to prepare now for what will happen in the coming years. Changes are numerous and constantly evolving: for this reason, one must be technologically prepared.”
To meet these needs, LUZ chose AGMultivision.
“We made this choice,” explains Cristian, “because we were aware of AGMultivision’s technological expertise; what we were pleased to discover was the great care in supporting us at every stage, from the site survey to the choice of equipment, through to resolving any issues or finding solutions for specific requests, such as avoiding cables as much as possible. The project involved the installation of technological equipment for the video production room, a small meeting room, and a large meeting room.
