The need to design a company meeting room was implemented in the new buildings at the Milan headquarters; here, a “multimedia room” was set up for virtual and in-person meetings, with a new approach and the same goal as always: connecting participants through high-quality technological solutions. InfectoPharm Italia is in fact a pharmaceutical company that organizes many webinars, meetings, and workshops with doctors, healthcare specialists, decision makers, and key opinion leaders; an audience that requires a meeting room and innovative solutions for meetings, often virtual, to allow participants to take part even remotely. InfectoPharm Italia’s request was clear from the very beginning.
It involved designing a company meeting room with:
- a screen with a video projector, that is, a technological solution already appreciated by the client for its functionality in the previous meeting room;
- a complete proposal, capable of integrating all the required audio-video technologies while staying within budget.

At the Milan headquarters of InfectoPharm Italia, after the initial site inspection and design phases, we created the new meeting room by developing the solutions that were a priority for the client. We also took into account potential future needs that could be integrated without redoing the basic system; an aspect we always consider during the design phase.
